The first working day in the Liceum was marked by a meeting with people of unique profession talent and good character ready to share them with unknown to them persons.
Several Russian artists G A Anisimova, Y I Koverdiaev and G Anatolievna and their exhibition were the topic of conversation between them and students and teachers and we were able to learn a lot about geometrographics i.e. the use of the graphics as a means to communicate.
Koverdiaev showed the students how beautifully their names could be written and how a work of art could be ready after a few minutes’ effort. His past works are visible on the banknotes of several time periods.
The meeting concluded with an invitation for participation in an international graphics competition. Views were exchanged about the Slavic alphabet and the need to study and preserve the Bulgarian traditions for the future.
Later on the 18th of September the students visited the exhibition itself presented at the culture and info center of the Russian federation in Sofia and enjoyed again the inspiring recollections of G Anisimova and the joking and humoristic paintings of V Mochalov.
